Ufficio amministrativo Manerba del Garda - BS -

We are looking for an ASSISTANT ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER who will take care of: coordinating all entertainment activities offered on a daily and weekly base in our glampings; support and motivate the staff; verify the compliance of entertainment programs with company standards; check the appreciation of guests in relation to the proposed activities; organize and coordinate special events; teach and act as a tutor to team members. Requirements: at least 4 years experience working in the entertainment industry as entertainer or team leader; fluent English; driving license and willingness to travel to Italy and to the Netherlands; common sense, responsibility and leadership; willingness to collaborate, flexibility and problem solving. We offer a full time contract for the first season for a fixed period of 9 months and accommodation on Lake Garda.

For our headquarters in Manerba del Garda (Brescia - Italy) we are looking for an ACCOUNTING OFFICER to manage the administrative and accounting activities of the different companies that are part of our group and to take care of the activities related to General Accounting and Management Control. After some initial training, the tasks that will be given are: internal accounting: purchases and sales, relation with banks, salaries; management of multiple fees, electronic invoicing, reverse charge, intrastat; management of suppliers and payments; management of F24 payments, VAT and withholding tax, etc.; use of our software "Team System"; analytical accounting by cost center. REQUIREMENTS: Residence close to our headquarters (Manerba del Garda - Brescia - Italy); team working ability; degree in accounting, economics, finance or management; basic English knowledge; good ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel; at least 1 year of experience in the administrative and accounting department.

For our destinations located on Lake Garda and Lake Idro we are looking for a MAINTENANCE MAN. Some of the activities that could be carried out are: care of the green areas, small structural, hydraulic and electrical repairs, maintenance of the swimming pools, maintenance of the common areas, carrying out planned maintenance and safety interventions, etc. Requirements: problem solving skills, good manual dexterity and DIY skills, predisposition to work with the public and in a team. Driving licence (not necessarily with own car). We request availability for possible small trips to other glampings together with the team. During the season (in spring and summer) we also work on weekends.

As a Marketing Coordinator at Vacanze col Cuore, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our marketing strategy. We are seeking a hands on marketing enthusiast with experience in both online and offline channels, who can work in a structured way, is able to implement procedures, can lead projects, work independently and really loves glamping! RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Supervise a team of colleagues and subcontractors responsible for online traffic channels, including SEA, SEO, Social media and other digital marketing initiatives such as database and affiliate marketing. 2. Lead the team managing (web) content and database marketing to ensure a consistent and appealing online presence. 3. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote growth in both national and international markets. 4. Coordinate and organize events to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience. 5. Analyse marketing performance and report results to the management team. 6. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to achieve marketing objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in leading a small team within the marketing sector. 3. In-depth knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies and tactics. 4. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities. 5. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives. 6. Hands on mentality. 7. He/She will manage all tasks connected to hospitality and customer service, take care of the daily operations of reception and housekeeping, ensuring the respect of company standards and customer satisfaction. He/She will support and motivate the staff, check the appreciation of guests in relation to the facilities and proposed activities .
