GENERAL

Are pets allowed on holiday?

Certainly! Dogs are welcome on all pitches and in selected accommodations (recognisable by the dog icon).

Can I park my car or motorbike at the accommodation?

You can load and unload at the accommodation, but you should park in the designated parking area at the entrance of the resort. This way, the resort remains safe and pleasant.

May minors stay without adults?

No, there must always be at least one adult (18+) present. Moreover, If the adult is not the parent/relative/legal guardian of the minor, we will need to receive an email/letter from the parent/relative/legal guardian of the minor in which they say that they allow them to be here with the person of age.

Can I enter and leave the resort when the reception is closed?

Yes, of course, after checking in you can enter or leave the Resort with a vehicle until 23:00 or from 05:00 am, while on foot it is always possible.

Bookings

Do you offer an insurance package?

No, we do not offer insurance ourselves. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance so that you can enjoy your holiday without worries. However, we assure you that we do everything we can to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday.

What is your cancellation policy?

For our 8 resorts located in Italy the cancellation conditions are:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
- 29 - 15 days: 50% refund
- 14 - 2 days: no refund
- 1 day or no-show: full amount will be charged
- Early departure: no refund

For Papillon Country Resort the cancellation conditions are:
• In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the commencement date, the client must pay 15% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the start date, the client must pay 50% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the commencement date, the client must pay 75% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation within 1 month before the commencement date, the client must pay 90% of the agreed price
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the client must pay 100% of the agreed price
*For all resorts, if the guest decides to leave earlier than the departure date they had originally booked, they won’t receive any refund.

Can I book a specific accommodation or location?

No, but you can indicate a preference with your reservation. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee anything. You will receive the final site number upon check-in. Would you like to stay next to friends or family? Let us know!

How do I request a quote and make a reservation?

- Request a quote via this website or call +39 0365 388019.
- Confirm your quote or book directly via the website.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
The remaining balance will be paid directly upon arrival at the property. The balance can be paid by credit/debit card or cash.
* American Express is not accepted.

How can I modify my reservation?

Need to make any changes? Send an email to [email protected]. Modifications are possible up to 15 days before arrival, according to the booking conditions. We are happy to help!

BEFORE DEPARTURE

What time can I check in and out?

- Accommodations: Check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00.
- Camping pitches: Check-in between 12:00 and 23:00, check-out before 12:00.

What documents do I need?

Each guest, including children, must present a passport or ID at check-in (no photos or copies). Bringing a pet? Then a passport or vaccination certificate is required.

What if I arrive late?

Checking in after closing time? No problem! Just let the reception know in advance via email or by calling us, and we'll arrange the details.

Can I arrive before check-in or stay after check-out?

You can arrive earlier and already enjoy the facilities, but your accommodation may not yet be ready.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. for accommodation and by 12:00 noon for pitches, and guests must also leave the premises.
Late check-out or staying longer to use the facilities must be authorised by the Management.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Can I stay with more people than the maximum capacity?

No, the maximum capacity is there for a reason. For everyone's safety, we must enforce this, also for children and babies. Violation can lead to a fine, and that would be a shame for your holiday enjoyment.

What is included in the accommodations?

Everything you need for a carefree stay!
- Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups (adjusted to the number of guests).
- Cleaning supplies such as a brush, broom, and dustpan.
- Bed linen and towels (except at Papillon Country Resort).

SERVICES

What is included in the price?

Your stay includes bed linen and towels (except at Papillon Country Resort), final cleaning, water, electricity, entertainment, swimming pool, parking, kitchen inventory, heating, and Wi-Fi.

What is not included?

Stress, tourist tax, meals, and air conditioning with Climate Card (€0.75/hour after 8 free hours).

Swimming pool rules & opening hours

Our swimming pool opens when the season starts. No swim caps or specific swimwear required, and inflatable floats are also welcome.

Is there any animation?

Yes, we have an animation service active from opening day to closing day and it is included in the price. (NOTE: at Sivinos Camping Boutique there isn’t animation).

-The animation is targeted to children from 3 to 12 years old;
-We don’t offer baby-sitting service;
-The program is published weekly on our website in the section Services -> Entertainment at each resort page;
-For some activities you need to make a reservation (pony rides, masterchef, mini-jeep, etc.), while for others you can just show up at the place where the activity will take place.

Is there a barbecue in the resort? Can I bring my own?

Most accommodations don’t have a barbecue; only an electric grill/electric plate, but some of our resorts have a communal barbecue area. You can bring your own but only if it’s a gas or electric barbecue, charcoal is NOT allowed.

What additional services are there?

- *Baby cot: €14 per stay
- *High chair: €12 per stay
- *Baby bath: €12 per stay
- *Baby set (cot, chair, bath): €30 per stay
- Refrigerator (pitches): €10 per day
- Extra cleaning: €60 (standard included every 7/8 days)
- *Bed rail: Free
* Children's extras only with accommodation bookings, not for pitches.

Are there charging stations?

Yes, in all our resorts we have charging stations for electric cars. For more information about the costs and mode of use, you can ask directly at the reception after your arrival.

Are there any restaurants and minimarkets?

Yes, all our resort have a restaurant/bar/pizzeria on site and also a minimarket.
Reservations are recommended for the restaurant and can be made directly on site.
We have gluten-free options on our menu (Note: there is still a risk of contamination since we don’t have a separate area for these preparations).
Everything is à la carte: we do not offer half-board or full-board formulas (except for Il Gabbiano Park Residence).

Do you offer a half board?

At Il Gabbiano Park Residence it is possible to decide also upon arrival to add breakfast or half board.
