Terms and Policy Emergency Covid-19
Notwithstanding all the previous conditions, due to the emergency situation COVID-19, being unable to predict the progress of the events and therefore not being able to guarantee the opening of all our villages including the related services, the Vacanze col Cuore group has adopted new provisions, trying to satisfy its customers as much as possible.

We are doing our best to obtain certified protocols, which allow our customers to enjoy their holidays again this year. Nothing matters to us more.




REFUND IN VOUCHER

Due to the emergency situation that the country is facing due to Coronavirus, and following the resolution and the decree (article 28 of Law Decree n.9 of 2 March 2020 and taken up in article 88, decree-law 17 March 2020 n.18) issued by the Italian State, we have adopted some measures with regard to the refund procedures for cancellations. For cancellations, the amount paid will not  be refunded, but a voucher of equal value will be issued to be used for a subsequent booking in one of our Vacanze col Cuore villages during the season 2020 or 2021. New booking paid using the voucher will get an extra discount of 10%. Once the refund has been requested, you will receive the voucher by email to your email address.



CANCELLATION POLICIES

Notwithstanding the standard conditions applied for all our villages, we have introduced new temporary conditions.

  FOR BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL UNTIL 30/6/2020:
- for cancellations within 5 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit paid is refunded ( by a voucher)
- for cancellations from 5 days to 1 day before arrival day: 100% of the deposit is retained
- for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show: payment of the entire amount of the stay is required 
FOR BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL FROM 1/7/2020 TO 31/7/2020:
- for cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit paid is refunded ( by a voucher)
- for cancellations from 29 days to 1 day before arrival day: 100% of the deposit paid is retained
- for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show: payment of the entire amount of the stay is required 
FOR BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL FROM 1/8/2020 UNTIL END OF SEASON:
- for cancellations within 60 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit paid is refunded ( by a voucher)
- for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit paid is refunded (by a voucher)
- for cancellations from 29 days to 1 day before arrival day: 100% of the deposit paid is retained
- for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show: payment of the entire amount of the stay is required



FEATURES OF THE VOUCHER

At the time of cancellation, the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded with a voucher equal to the value of the deposit paid as booking confirmation.
The voucher is valid and redeemable for a new booking in one of the villages of the Vacanze col Cuore Group made for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. With this voucher you will also be entitled to a 10% DISCOUNT on the next booking.
The issued value of the voucher is valid for a single reservation for a higher amount then the value of the same voucher and is associated with the email address of the reservation itself.
