And we are finally ready!
They’ve been weird months: we’ve been deeply concerned, worried, frightened, hopeful, but mostly we’ve been working really hard to prepare a new season and here we are.

We are ready to reopen our resorts to host you with all our heart.
We can’t wait to welcome you again, no hand shaking, no hugging, but it doesn’t matter: we are going to look into each others’ eyes and it will be great to meet again after such a long time. Our smiles will be there, behind the masks.

We missed the little everyday gestures, a coffee at the bar, a walk with family, a friends gathering without a screen between us, a short trip in the nature without worrying about filling up some paperwork.
We discover again the autenticity of small moments. We wish we will always treasure them and we hope our resorts will become the perfect location to build new pleasant memories for your entire family.
 


May I book my holiday now in the resorts of the Vacanze col Cuore group?


Yes you can! Travel is allowed again from the 15th June. This is a well-advised decision by the governments. As of that date, the borders between Italy, Switzerland, Austria and France will again be freely accessible.our booking center is always at your disposal. We have also created cancellation policies that can make your choice easier and we remain available for a possible change in the dates of your stay or resort where you would like to spend your holidays.

 

Relax care-free thanks to additional precautionary measures


Dealing with our guests we follow national safety dispositions and OMS guidelines, without compromising our usual hospitality. These regulations are constantly updated by the italian goverment and might be eased in the next days and weeks, depending on the development of the pandemic.

Our Staff will wear masks during their work shifts. They know and apply the rules and their health is constanly monitored.
Protective masks are mandatory for people above the age of 6 in the common areas indoor, outdoor from 18 until 6 o'clock in the morning and whenever the minimum social distance of 1 mt can’t be maintained. In your accomodation/pitch and at the restaurant table, you are not required to use a mask. It is prohibitet any dancing activity, both for entertainment and for personal fun.
We increased our standards of cleanliness and hygiene to provide you a carefree vacation.

Both in the kitchen and in the restaurant, our Staff will wear protective masks and gloves to minimise the risks. 
General rules

Social distancing. A minimum of 1 meter distance is required between you and our staff and the other guests who are not your family members: pay attention to signs on the wall and on the floor to help you keeping the right distance and following the suggested path.

 

Good habits


Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water or use a alcohol-based sanitizer.
Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze with a tissue or a flexed elbow. 
Wearing a mask is mandatory for adults and children above 6 years old in the common areas indoor, outdoor from 18 until 6 o'clock in the morning and whenever you are not able to maintain a safe distance of at least 1 mt.
Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available for the guests in various different locations, especially at the entrance and near public toilets.


Welcome to Vacanze col Cuore resorts!

We kindly ask our guests to do online check-in within 48 hours before arrival, using the guided procedures you will receive via email to the address you provided us during the booking.
To avoid crowds, the actual check in can be done starting at 4.00 pm. Only the guests with a valid booking are allowed to enter our resorts on the day of the check in, from 4.00 pm.
Our Staff wear protective masks indoor and outdoors in the common areas from 18 until 6 o'clock in the morning and whenever it won’t be possibile to maintain a minimum of 1 mt distance. 
Objects and surfaces used and touched by different people will be regularly sanitized (keys, reception desk…)
All the common areas are regularly cleaned and ventilated.

Accommodations
Protocols for systematic and effective cleaning will be followed, which involves the use of antibacterial detergents.
Beds and pillows have been lined with disposable and waterproof TNT covers to guarantee perfect hygiene. 
Bed sheets and towels have been sanitized and packaged individually by a specialized company and they will be placed in your bedrooms and bathrooms. To avoid contamination, our Staff is not allowed to make your beds.

Swimming pools
Access to the swimming pool areas will be regulated by our staff, to guarantee respect for the social distancing and avoid gatherings.
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
Shower before entering the tub is mandatory. 
As we cannot guarantee the availability of sun loungers by the pool (in order to discourage the usage by different guests), we invite you to bring the sun chairs supplied in your accommodation or your personal beach towels. You are required to keep a minimum of 1.5 m distance with other people’s equipments.

Restaurant / bar 
Our staff will serve at the table with masks and gloves
We reduced the amount of tables to maintain the minimum safety distance of 1 m between guests as required.
To optimise our service, booking is recommended.
You can order and collect food from our restaurant for take away or ask for delivery directly to your accomodation/pitch.

Kitchen
The kitchen will be disinfected daily at regular intervals
Plates, pots and pans are washed in the dishwasher at high temperature and stored by our Staff who will wear mask and gloves.

Play areas
Only one guardian per child can access the play area
The protective mask must be used by parents and guardians and by children over 6 years of age.
We understand that it is not easy to keep children away from each others, it will be the responsibility of the guardians to encourage them to do so.

Kids club
We are working on creative activities for the little ones that guarantee compliance with the rules. We are sure we can count on their imagination and adaptability! It is prohibitet any dancing activity, both for entertainment and for personal fun. The mini disco activity is suspended.

Safety rules OUTSIDE the Glampings and Parks


• The mask is mandatory from 18 until 6 o'clock in the morning.

• Restaurants, terraces and tourist attractions are open. Just as in most countries, they will take their precautions. Sitting in a restaurant or outside on the terrace, mouth masks are not necessary, only when entering and leaving the restaurant.

• If you go to the lake or beach, the social distancing from 1 meter away applies. Beds and towels are further apart, which has the advantage that the guests have more space.

• Wearing a mouth mask is only partly mandatory. For example in public transport, shops located inside such as supermarkets, shopping centers and other public indoor areas. You do not have to wear a face mask on the street.  This rule is adjusted weekly and is getting more flexible, we expect that this will no longer be necessary everywhere within a few weeks.

• Like in other countries, all companies take their own measures, which is no different in Italy. If everyone adheres to these rules, you can enjoy your holiday without any worries.

 


What are the new cancellation policies?

 

Cancellations made for stays with arrival until 30/06/2020 :
• for cancellations within 5 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is refunded (by means of a voucher)
• for cancellations from 4 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is retained
• for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show / no show: payment of the full amount of the stay is required


Cancellations made for stays with arrival from 01/07/2020 until 31/07/2020 :
• for cancellations within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is refunded (by means of a voucher)
• for cancellations from 13 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is retained
• for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show / no show: payment of the full amount of the stay is required


Cancellations made for stays from 01/08/20 until 31/08/2020:
• for cancellations within 40 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid (by means of a voucher) is refunded
• for cancellations from 39 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit / deposit paid is refunded (by means of a voucher)
• for cancellations from 19 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is retained
• for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show / no show: payment of the full amount of the stay is required


Cancellations made for stays from september the cancellation policies are the usual ones:
• for cancellations within 60 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid (by means of a voucher) is refunded
• for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit / deposit paid is refunded (by means of a voucher)
• for cancellations from 29 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the deposit / deposit paid is retained
• for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show / no show: payment of the full amount of the stay is required


Can I change the date of my stay?


Yes, our booking center is always available, as it has been in the past, to vary the arrival date of your holiday; obviously this is subject to availability and could change in prices.



What would you recommend if I had already booked a holiday at one of the Vacanze col Cuore Resorts?


At present, the situation is constantly changing, so we advise you to keep your reservation and wait for any developments. Our new cancellation policies have been created specifically to ensure greater elasticity. Yes, our booking center is always available, as it has been in the past, to vary the arrival date of your holiday; obviously this is subject to availability and could change in prices.
 


How does the refund via voucher work?


With the conversion into law of the DL 'Cura Italia' (law 24.4.2020 n.27 published on 29.4.2020), the matter is now governed by art.88 bis, text coordinated by law decree 17 March 2020 n. 18. This law establishes that the sums paid by customers for services to be enjoyed from 11 March until 30 September can be returned through the issue of vouchers, if it is impossible to implement them due to the current emergency (impossibility of the customer to exit from your country / region; inability of the operator to open the accommodation).
The provision also applies to the case of "incoming", that is, it is also possible to issue vouchers for the return to contractors who come from abroad.
By virtue of paragraphs 12 and 13 of the legislation above mentioned, the consumer cannot therefore oppose the issuance of the voucher and even, in the case of a foreign customer, not invoke the violation of his consumer rights based on the rules of his country, as the State measures have been explicitly defined as "necessary enforcement rule".



How long does my voucher last and what other benefits does the voucher issued by Vacanze col cuore guarantee me?


The voucher issued by the Vacanze col Cuore group, or by the resorts connected to it, is valid for the 2020 and 2021 seasons at all destinations in the group. This choice differentiates us from what is established by the law which would provide only 12 months. In addition, we also guarantee a 10% discount, linked to the use of the voucher, for the subsequent booking.



What are the voucher rules?


The voucher is NOT transferable, cannot be divided, cannot be refunded or converted into cash. In the event of a future booking with a value lower than the voucher, no refund will be made.
The validity of the voucher, as already mentioned in the previous point, is for the seasons 2020 and 2021.
The discount applied through the voucher will be subtracted subsequently to any additional discount on the site.
The voucher is valid only by booking directly at our sites or our booking center.

Our booking center, in order to benefit as much as possible every single situation and guest, will evaluate every single situation and even the request in specific case of transferring the voucher to relatives against a specific procedure and approval of the same.
